Step 1: Gym Assessment
Send pictures and or describe each piece of equipment you have.
In order to design your training program, we begin by taking inventory of your training space. Whether you have a simple bench and dumbbells or a state of the art facility that puts professional sports teams to shame, we will see exactly what you have available and use that to inform our program design process.
I’ve been known to get quite creative…
Step 2 (Optional):
Equipment Recommendations
We can provide recommendations for any “missing pieces”.
As stated in step 1, we can make any amount of equipment work, but should you be interested in expanding your gym we will be able to make equipment recommendations based on footprint, price, and training goals.
Step 3 (Extremely Optional):
Nerd Out on New Equipment
We are always keeping up to date with new releases across all major brands.
As you will quickly come to learn, I am a huge fitness nerd, especially when it comes to shiny new equipment. You can rest assured, if Rogue, Rep, Sorinex, Titan, EliteFTS, Fray Fitness, etc. is putting out something new or interesting, I’ll be looking into it.
